Position Summary

About the Role

We're looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to support business decision-making through financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis. In this role, you'll play a key part in budgeting, performance tracking, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth — while serving as a trusted partner to internal teams and clients.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and strategic planning
  • Analyze financial performance, including variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast)
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes across departments
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance
  • Partner with cross-functional teams — including Corporate Accounting & Finance and Operations & Services — to support business initiatives
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis on key business drivers and KPIs
  • Help prepare presentations for senior leadership, stakeholders, and clients
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial systems

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role (3 years with an MBA)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, modeling)
  • Experience with financial systems (e.g., Core) and/or BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, or willingness to develop it

Nice to Have

  • MBA, CFA, or CPA (or progress toward certification)
  • Experience in the furniture, workplace solutions, or services industry
  • Experience with SQL or other data analysis tools

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • A growth mindset — you actively seek out ways to develop and be challenged
  • A collaborator — you build strong relationships across a fast-paced, deadline-driven team
  • A strong communicator — you convey information clearly to stakeholders at every level, in writing and in person
  • A problem solver — you stay optimistic and creative under pressure
  • An empathetic teammate — you listen well, support others, and aren't afraid to ask for help

We are an equal opportunity employer. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this role.
