Compensation range: $24-$28/hr

Position Summary

Position Overview:

Responsible for ensuring customer inventory requests are completed within scope and requirements. 

 

Essential Functions:

  • Intake all inventory requests
  • Organize, prioritize and schedule inventory reservations and vendor pick-ups 
  • Gather, document and track move details
  • Work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project completion
  • Identify and expedite escalated requests

 

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Associate degree from accredited college preferred. 

2 Customer Service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience to fulfill essential duties of position.

 

Technical skills

  • Essential Proficiencies:
    • Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ticketing or Customer Service systems
  • Preferred Proficiencies:
    • SmartSheet
