- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on creating a welcoming, supportive in-store experience.
- Effective interpersonal and Communication skills to lead teams, provide clear direction, and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Demonstrated Store Management experience in retail, including overseeing daily operations, team leadership, scheduling, and performance management.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including monitoring for shrink, enforcing policies, and promoting a culture of safety and compliance.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets, analyze store performance, and execute merchandising and promotional strategies.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
- Experience in fashion or apparel retail and prior supervisory responsibility are strongly preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, retail management, or a related field is a plus.
