Role Description The Assistant Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Scottsdale, AZ, responsible for supporting the Store Manager in daily store operations. This role helps lead the sales team by modeling excellent customer service, driving store performance, and ensuring a welcoming, brand-right environment. Daily tasks include overseeing floor sets and merchandising, monitoring inventory levels, and assisting with opening and closing procedures. The Assistant Store Manager contributes to staff scheduling, training, and coaching to support team development and sales goals. Additional responsibilities include supporting loss prevention efforts, maintaining store standards, and collaborating with leadership to achieve key performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to create positive in-store experiences.
- Effective Communication skills to interact with customers, coach team members, and collaborate with store and corporate partners.
- Store Management capabilities, including assisting with operations, staffing, merchandising, and execution of company initiatives.
