Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
Robinson/Waco, Texas Area

Are you passionate about helping children thrive—but tired of the traditional therapy model? At Splendid Speech, we believe speech therapy should be individualized, relationship-centered, and grounded in understanding the whole child.
We're looking for a compassionate, motivated part-time SLP or SLPA to join our growing private practice serving families in the Robinson/Waco area.

Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy to pediatric clients.
- Build strong relationships with children and their families.
- Collaborate with caregivers to support carryover at home.
- Complete timely documentation.
- Work independently while being part of a supportive team.
Qualifications
SLP Applicants
- Texas SLP license (or eligible)
- ASHA CCCs preferred (CFs may be considered for the right candidate)
SLPA Applicants
- Current Texas SLPA license
- Supervision provided in accordance with state requirements
