Job Description:

 

Are you a highly organized and motivated individual with a passion for sales and marketing? We are seeking an Onsite Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in driving sales and marketing initiatives for our company. As the Onsite Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for utilizing various tools and techniques, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM), email marketing, marketing automations, event planning, social media management, and effective communication follow-ups. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and success of our business. 


 Key Responsibilities:

 

1. CRM Management: Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales leads, and prospects. Effectively track and manage leads throughout the sales cycle. 

 

2. Email Marketing: Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects, and engage existing customers. Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to improve email open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. 

 

3. Marketing Automations: Implement marketing automation workflows to streamline processes and enhance customer experiences. Leverage automation tools to trigger personalized communications based on customer behaviors and actions. 

 

4. Event Planning: Plan and coordinate both online and offline events to promote our products/services and build brand awareness. This includes organizing webinars, trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events. 

 

5. Social Media Management: Manage our company's social media presence across various platforms. Create engaging content, schedule posts, and interact with the online community to increase brand visibility and customer engagement. 

 

6. Communication Follow-up: Ensure timely and effective follow-up with all types of communication, such as emails, phone calls, inquiries, and requests. Provide exceptional customer service and address customer queries or concerns promptly. 

 

7. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide necessary support, including generating sales reports, preparing sales materials, and conducting market research to identify potential leads and opportunities. 

 

8. Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data, marketing metrics, and campaign results. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales and marketing strategies. 

 

Requirements: 

 

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 

- Proven experience in sales coordination, marketing, or a related role. 

- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools. 

- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and segmentation strategies. 

- Digital Marketing including Google Certifications and Social Media Marketing 

- Excellent event planning and organizational skills. 

- Proficient in social media platforms and their use in marketing. 

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. 

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results. 

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

- Experience in the marketing & advertising industry. 

- Knowledge of [specific software/tools relevant to your company]. 

- Previous success in executing successful sales and marketing campaigns. 

- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
