Splash n Dash Car Wash is seeking friendly, outgoing, hard-working individuals who are reliable, fast paced, and who work well as a team or by themselves for an immediate opening.
We are currently seeking applicants for our Cashier (CSA) position at our Buellton, CA location. This individual must have the ability to provide great customer service to our arriving guests. Applicant must have a welcoming personality with the ability to suggestively offer our Car Wash options as well as upgrades to our monthly subscriptions. Duties include but are not limited to:
Assisting customers with the wash options
Cashier duties
Prepping cars for the automated wash
Cleaning and maintaining a clean work area
Experience is welcome but not necessary. We will provide on-site training.

Base pay $16.50/hr. Up to $20/hr. with (incentives bonuses)
Hours of Operation:
Daily 8am – 7pm
Winter Hours 8am – 6pm
Scheduled hours will vary within our open hours.

Schedule: Part-Time. Shifts are typically 6 hours, with day/afternoon shifts and weekends required.
Hours of Operation: 8 am – 7 pm Daily (Winter Hours: 8 am – 6 pm). Must be available to work within these hours. No late nights!
Key Duties: Assisting customers with wash options, cashier duties, prepping cars, and cleaning/maintaining the work area.
Requirements: Friendly, outgoing, hard-working, reliable, fast-paced, team player, ability to suggestively offer upgrades (monthly subscriptions). Customer Service experience (1 year) is preferred but not necessary (on-site training provided).
