The General Manager at Splash is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the car wash, ensuring high standards of customer service, managing staff, maintaining equipment, and maximizing profitability. The General Manager will lead the team to deliver a high-quality car wash experience while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Operational Management:**
- Oversee daily operations of the car wash, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain car wash equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
2. **Customer Service:**
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Implement and maintain customer service standards and training programs.
3. **Staff Management:**
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise car wash staff.
- Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak times.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to employees.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
4. **Financial Management:**
- Manage a budget, including trending, tracking expenses, and optimizing profitability.
- Monitor daily financial transactions, prepare financial reports, and ensure accurate record-keeping.

General Managers are eligible for weekly sales commissions and quarterly profitability bonuses on top of annual salary.
