As an Assistant Manager, you will help lead daily operations, coach and support employees, and ensure customers receive a top-quality car wash experience. This is a hands-on leadership rolewhere you’ll be working directly with both customers and staff, while gaining valuable management experience and preparing for future advancement.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the car wash
- Train, motivate, and support team members
- Provide excellent customer service and recommend wash packages
- Ensure a safe, clean, and positive environment for both customers and employees
- Step into leadership responsibilities when the Site Manager is unavailable
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous sales, customer service, or supervisory experience preferred (retail, service, or hospitality a plus)
- Positive, outgoing personality with strong leadership potential
- Reliable and eager to learn
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Schedule:
- Full-time, 8-hour shifts
- Must have weekend availability
- Day and evening shifts available
