Location: Raleigh, NC | Full-Time
Splash Galleries is a high-end decorative plumbing and hardware showroom serving builders, designers, and homeowners throughout the Triangle area. For over 20 years, we’ve partnered with quality-focused professionals to provide curated fixtures, expert guidance, and a seamless turnkey experience alongside our plumbing division.
We are growing and looking for a Showroom Sales Consultant to add to our team!
• Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts and cultivate new client relationships.
• Guide homeowners and designers through fixture selections in the Showroom
• Create detailed quotes for plumbing and hardware packages
• Coordinate orders, lead times, and project timelines with internal teams and effectively communicate to clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service from selection through delivery
• Maintain organized job notes, selections, and follow-ups
• Sales or customer service experience (showroom, construction, design, or related industry preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
• Professional, personable, and solution-oriented
• Experience with Excel / Microsoft programs, and ERP software is a plus (Netsuite specifically)
