Pool Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and organized Project Manager to oversee our fiberglass pool installation projects from start to finish. This person will be the key link between clients, crews, subcontractors, inspectors, and the office. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and capable of managing multiple projects on a tight schedule.

• Manage pool installation projects from contract through final walkthrough.

• Schedule and coordinate inspections, subcontractors, and in-house crews.

• Ensure all jobsites are running smoothly, on time, and on budget.

• Oversee jobsite cleanliness, safety, and compliance.

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients during the construction process.

• Document progress with photos, videos, and daily reports.

• Track materials, deliveries, and equipment needs with the office.

• Problem-solve issues in the field and escalate when needed.

• Work closely with the office team to follow project calendars and deadlines.

• Prior experience in construction project management (pool industry experience a major plus).

• Strong knowledge of construction schedules, inspections, and permits.

• Ability to read plans, layouts, and follow timelines.

• Leadership skills to manage multiple crews and subcontractors.

• Excellent communication and client management skills.

• Tech-savvy: comfortable with smartphones, Google Drive, project apps, and scheduling tools.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Competitive salary based on experience ($65,000 – $85,000 annually).
