The Marketing Project Manager, a hybrid position (2 days on-site), is responsible for the efficient management of patient recruitment digital and social media campaigns from start to finish.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the establishment, communication, and adherence of project deadlines and milestones
- Implementation of design and content into content management tool
- Attention to detail in quality checking of materials, websites, and analytics
- Manage customer expectations and provide clear communication of project flow
- Facilitate and lead effective campaign discussions with clients and internal teams
- Develop strong relationships with clinical study sponsors, clinical research organizations and research study sites
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with the entire Splash team to collectively meet established deadlines on top priority campaigns
Qualifications:
- 3 years project management experience
- Experience in digital and social media marketing preferred
- Strong competencies in planning, project management, and organization with the ability to lead multiple activities while maintaining a focus on quality
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written, communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in self-management and organizational skills; able to manage workload, set personal and team priorities and adjust as needed
- Assist in driving the continuous improvement of established processes and procedures
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office products
