What You'll Do
- Welcome every customer with a warm smile and positive attitude.
- Build rapport and create an outstanding first impression.
- Educate customers on our wash packages and Unlimited Membership options.
- Recommend the best wash based on each customer's needs.
- Clearly explain what each wash includes so customers know exactly what to expect.
- Professionally upsell premium wash packages and Unlimited Memberships.
- Deliver fast, friendly, and memorable customer service.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work area.
- Work closely with the wash team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements
- Weekend availability is REQUIRED.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, but we will train the right person.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must speak English, knowing Spanish is a plus
