We are looking for a dependable and motivated Car Wash Sales Attendant to join our team This is an outdoor position that requires energy, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing excellent customer service. As a Sales Attendant, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers — greeting them with a smile, explaining our car wash packages, and helping them choose the best option for their needs. You'll also assist with maintaining a clean and safe work environment and ensure that every customer leaves with a great experience. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Greet all customers entering the premises in a friendly and helpful manner. Identify customers needs to properly sell them a great car wash experience.
- Upselling of car wash packages and memberships. This part of the job is the most important as it requires a certain level of skill to be able to communicate to customers about our offerings. Each team member will have monthly membership goals that will be required to be met.
- Process customers vehicles entering the wash tunnel and evaluate the condition of each vehicle. Remove dirt and debris from vehicles following proper vehicle prep guidelines. Quickly identify vehicles that need equipment removed before proceeding to vehicle being washed.
- Ensure car wash facility is clean and safe by conducting regular inspections of the facility throughout the day. Clean and maintain restrooms, pick up trash and remove trash from vacuum bins, check vacuum hoses to ensure they are unclogged and hung properly, wash building windows, check wash tunnel for loose parts from vehicles and other trash, and perform other tasks as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Must be dependable and show up on time, ready to work
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to work outdoors
- Ability to work weekends is required
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required

***PAY IS $17/HOUR PLUS $5 FOR EACH MEMBERSHIP SOLD (and other commissions)***
Each person will be thoroughly trained on the car wash packages and how to upsell and sell memberships.
