Splash Management LLC is looking to employ an Assistant Manager to learn and assist in the daily operations at our locations. Newly hired managers in our company learn through hands-on experience while on location, but will also attend Manager-in-Training classroom sessions to broaden their business knowledge, location financials, and company philosophy.
We're looking for someone who values teamwork, customer experience, and a clean car as much as we do.
