Primary Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide remote and on-site technology support
- Assist various teams with technology needs
- Install and configure networking infrastructure (equipment, cabling, switches, routers, access points)
- Deploy/maintain servers, PCs, and peripherals
- Install servers, PCs, printers, and peripherals on-site
- Collaborate with teams to solve challenges
Experience:
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
- Experience with hardware and network troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance
- Experience in network cabling installation, testing, and documentation
- Understanding of LAN/WAN connectivity, VLANs, and network configurations
- 2 years of relevant experience preferred
Requirements:

- Willingness to travel and stay overnight when necessary

Job Type: Full-time
Location: Central Arkansas (Little Rock)
Schedule: Monday to Friday. Weekends as needed, with alternating on-call schedules.
