As a key part of the Splash team, you'll build relationships with guests, educate them on our services and Unlimited Memberships, and help ensure every visit is welcoming, seamless, and enjoyable.

Your Role on the Team:
- Welcome guests and create a positive first impression
- Build relationships through friendly, personalized customer service
- Educate guests on services and Unlimited Membership benefits
- Recommend services and membership options based on guest needs
- Process transactions and assist with customer account inquiries
- Resolve guest concerns and provide effective solutions
- Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and support team operations
