Warehouse Team Member - Builder / Fulfilment

ABOUT US: We are a national pet brand with multiple locations throughout the U.S. and Canada. We are growing very quickly and looking for a hardworking, highly skilled builder and logistics team member to help us run our warehouse and physically build out new locations. We are looking for an execution-minded worker to join our team, who has a proven track record with tools, but also happens to love dogs!

SUMMARY: Our central warehouse is responsible for building, inventorying, and shipping new location fixtures, products, and sundries to our international network of franchisees. This position requires strong technical, mechanical, and spatial assembly abilities to physically build our brand assets. The job demands a fast, precise, and highly efficient workflow to hit strict deadlines. The core focus centers entirely on hands-on production, construction troubleshooting, and executing physical store rollouts to achieve a premium, high-end result.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Workflow Execution: Maintain and optimize daily warehouse production to ensure all team goals are met quickly, correctly, and efficiently.
• Hands-on Production: Perform all daily aspects of general warehouse labor, picking, packing, and asset staging with an absolute focus on speed and quality.
• Digital Logistics Support: Assist with updating and maintaining our digital fulfillment platforms using Monday.com, Google Workspace, and 3rd party shipping applications.
• Quality Control: Verify the exact quality, quantity, and accuracy of all component and system outputs under tight deadlines to prevent shipping or assembly errors.
• Fixture Build & Assembly: Physically assemble store fixtures, utilizing basic hand/power tools for woodworking, light plumbing, and electrical setup.
• International Travel & Launch Logistics: Travel to new franchise locations across the U.S. and Canada for 3–5 days a month to perform the initial shop setup and structural installation. Return visits for ongoing maintenance of facilities and equipment are required.
• Heavy Logistics & Fleet Coordination: Confidently handle heavy physical demands, including maneuvering dollies safely, loading/unloading cargo, and driving a truck with a 24-foot trailer.
• Operations Improvement: Maintain high standards regarding Safety, Quality, Process, and Cost efficiency on the warehouse floor.
• Team Execution: Assist with general warehouse organization, upkeep, and miscellaneous tasks—including occasional transport, maintenance, or staging of company assets stored at offsite residential or satellite locations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: 1 years in a structured warehouse fulfillment, construction, or manufacturing environment preferred. Proven hands-on experience with tool usage, assembly, or light construction is required.
• Travel Compliance: Must possess or be able to immediately obtain a valid U.S. Passport for cross-border international travel to Canada.
• Licensing & Fleet: Must have a valid Driver’s License, a clean driving record, and reliable personal transportation to pull a 24-foot trailer locally.
• Physical Demands: Ability to bend, twist, stretch, and lift/carry 50–75 lbs. regularly, along with the stamina required for multi-day physical store installations.
• Attendance & Mindset: Excellent attendance record, independent task-driven focus, highly organized, and completely unafraid to get your hands dirty.
