Role Description
The Enterprise Sales Director - IAM Alliance will be responsible for driving sales growth by creating and nurturing relationships with key enterprise clients and partners in the identity and access management (IAM) sector. These relationships include targeting growth of our Saviynt Exchange and Sailpoint Marketplace products with our Big 4 consulting partnerships to drive strategic expansion of our IAM product partners for physical security governance. Primary responsibilities include consultative selling to identify client needs, managing key account partnerships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. This is a full-time, remote role requiring a hands-on approach to building partnerships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the company's growth in the IAM and security solutions industry.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Software Sales and ability to sell enterprise-level solutions in complex environments
- Strong skills in Sales, including lead generation and developing new business opportunities
- Experience in Consultative Selling and understanding client needs to offer tailored solutions
- Proven track record in Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of IAM solutions and experience in the security industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and partners
