Log-In Supervisor - ENV

We’re looking for a Log-In Supervisor to lead our sample intake operations in Kilgore, TX. In this critical role, you’ll oversee the Login team, verify sample conditions and documentation, and serve as the key liaison between the lab and Project Managers. What You’ll Do

• Conduct secondary reviews and approvals of logged samples for lab distribution;
• Perform sample log-in duties, dedicating approximately 50% of work time to this task;
• Train and support Login Technicians in procedures and best practices;
• Communicate with Project Managers regarding sample issues and updates;
• Manage Hold Cart status and sample prioritization;
• Oversee staff scheduling and coordinate overtime to meet 24-hour log-in deadlines;
• Review daily production reports to monitor performance;
• Participate in cross-training to support lab operations;
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• High school diploma or equivalent required;
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience required, preferably in a laboratory or technical environment;
• 2 years of experience in sample log-in processes;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and the Internet.
• Customer service oriented with professional phone etiquette;
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong attention to detail with strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Your Schedule and The Fine Print

• Full-time position following a standard Monday through Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts;
• Flexibility to fulfill rotational Saturday shift requirement;
• Overtime may be required to support business priorities and deadlines.
