What You’ll Do
- Maintain client accounts and project information in LIMS and related systems
- Prepare quotations and pricing requests for existing clients
- Coordinate new client accounts and projects with laboratory, field, and sample receiving teams
- Review work orders to ensure accurate setup and billing in LIMS
- Respond to client inquiries, service requests, and data questions professionally and promptly
- Communicate updates and resolve issues between clients and internal teams
- Upload subcontract laboratory results into LIMS and assist with subcontract coordination
- Maintain familiarity with laboratory services, regulatory requirements, and client expectations
- Answer phones, assist walk-in clients, accept samples, and support sample login as needed
- Provide backup support during staff absences or high-volume periods
- Assist with bottle preparation and sample-handling tasks when needed
- Ensure client regulatory requirements and documentation standards are met
- Deliver reports, invoices, and data files within required turnaround times
- Notify clients promptly of results exceeding regulatory limits in accordance with company procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of customer service or administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with laboratory operations or environmental testing services is a plus
