Position Summary
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of SPL Group. This role is designed to help manage the CRO’s communication flow, organizational priorities, and overall workload — ensuring that critical items are followed through, commitments are met, and the executive remains focused on strategic objectives. The successful candidate will act as a trusted extension of the CRO’s office, maintaining confidentiality, structure, and momentum across a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Email & Communication Management
• Manage, organize, and triage the CRO’s inbox to ensure key priorities are surfaced and addressed promptly.
• Draft, review, and prepare professional correspondence and responses on behalf of the CRO.
• Maintain a structured system for tracking emails, tasks, and follow-ups.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders, carrier partners, and vendors to ensure alignment and timely responses.
Follow-Up & Task Tracking
• Create and maintain a centralized follow-up tracker for all active projects, commitments, and delegated tasks.
• Proactively follow up with team members and partners to ensure deliverables remain on schedule.
• Provide daily and weekly summaries of outstanding items, risks, and next steps. Scheduling & Coordination
• Manage the CRO’s calendar, prioritizing meetings and ensuring adequate focus time.
• Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, including materials preparation and participant alignment.
• Organize travel logistics, itineraries, and related arrangements. Operational & Administrative Support • Prepare meeting briefs, notes, and action summaries. • Maintain confidential records, files, and information.
• Support the CRO with light CRM upkeep and data organization within Salesforce or related systems.
• Assist with presentation materials, reports, and project coordination as needed.
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of executive assistant or senior-level administrative experience, preferably supporting a C-level executive.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. • Strong written and verbal communication; able to craft professional correspondence with accuracy and tone awareness.
• Highly proactive with the ability to anticipate needs and act independently.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Gmail delegation, Microsoft Suite, and productivity tools
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred.
• Experience in logistics, SaaS, or technology-driven organizations a strong plus.
