Position Overview
Spivey Services is seeking a reliable and hardworking Pump Truck Driver to join our team. This role involves servicing portable toilets by pumping, cleaning, and restocking units, as well as delivering and picking up units at job sites. The position also includes operating a forklift to assist with equipment handling. Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record with 0 or plus points. The applicant must have a minimum of 2 years driving larger trucks (Non CDL). Candidate needs to be a self-starter and task orientated.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine servicing of portable sanitation units, including pumping, cleaning, and restocking supplies
- Safely transport and set up portable toilets at designated locations; retrieve units upon completion of service
- Load, deliver, and retrieve traffic control equipment to and from job sites
- Operate a forklift to assist with loading, unloading, and organizing equipment and supplies
- Deliver exceptional service and protection to our clients
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs designed to support career growth from entry-level roles to long-term opportunities within the company
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
- Must have “0 or Plus” DMV Driving Points along with a valid Virginia Driver’s License
- Must be able to lift up to 50 (fifty) pounds
- Must have truck driver experience with large trucks (18′ to 24′) Non-CDL
