Compensation package includes a salary aligned with experience, staring at $48,000, on top of commission and bonus incentives. Responsibilities


  • Client Relationship : Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
  • Client Education: Provide personalized service by addressing questions and concerns promptly.
  • Collaboration: Adhere to all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements.
  • Policy Management: Manage customer policy renewals, and maintain accurate documentation related to insurance polices. .

Requirements


  • Licensed in Property and Casualty insurance (active status)
  • Prior insurance experience, ideally in Personal Lines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with computer systems and comfortable learning new technology.
  • Must be self-motivated, dependable, and a team player.

Salary : $48,000 - $65,000
