Responsibilities
- Client Relationship : Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Risk Assessment: Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Client Education: Provide personalized service by addressing questions and concerns promptly.
- Collaboration: Adhere to all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements.
- Policy Management: Manage customer policy renewals, and maintain accurate documentation related to insurance polices. .
Requirements
- Licensed in Property and Casualty insurance (active status)
- Prior insurance experience, ideally in Personal Lines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with computer systems and comfortable learning new technology.
- Must be self-motivated, dependable, and a team player.
Salary : $48,000 - $65,000
