What does a day as a Sales Specialist look like?
- Guide every guest through the sales process.
- Connect, greet, and build rapport through understanding guests needs and buying motivation.
- Track all guests and make sure all prospects are logged into our CRM system and maintain effective follow-up techniques to complete the sale.
- Promote demo rides, maintenance plans and other value-added incentives to a prospective buyer.
- Actively participate in daily sales meetings, training, and coaching.
- Have fun & enjoy the brand!
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience
- Valid motorcycle license.
- Passion for H-D motorcycles!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
