YOUR FUTURE CAREER DUTIES:
- Introduces customer to the Spitzer value price sales process and value statements
- Facilitates interview, at a comfortable pace for the customer, to discover customer preferences, needs, and buying motives
- Presents vehicles to customers that meet their needs and explore their interests
- Offers customer involvement in trade-in evaluation, presents financial proposition, satisfies customer concerns and asks for the order
- Conducts Spitzer delivery process and follows up in prescribed manner with customers. Follows up with customers after delivery in prescribed Spitzer manner to develop customer loyalty
- Other related duties as assigned
