About the Job

Your Responsibilities:
- Introduce customers to the Spitzer value price sales process and value statements
- Facilitate interviews to discover customer preferences, needs, and buying motives
- Present vehicles to customers that meet their needs and explore their interests
- Offer customer involvement in trade-in evaluation, present financial propositions, satisfy customer concerns, and ask for orders
- Conduct the Spitzer delivery process and follow up with customers in a prescribed manner
- Develop customer loyalty through follow-up communication
- Other related duties as assigned
Position Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- An outgoing and friendly personality, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to establish rapport with all types of people
- Professional, ethical, and respectful
- Self-starter and self-motivated
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to follow-through
- Proficient computer skills, including email
- High school degree
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
