The Role

You’ll do a little bit of everything:

• Own the guest experience — register, greeting, recommendations, and keeping the energy high
• Run the line — plate food that looks as good as it tastes
• Cook, fry, prep, and clean — everyone helps everywhere
• Move fast and stay cool — lunch rushes and late-night ASU crowds can get busy
• Be reliable — show up, communicate, and be someone the team can count on
• Pick up extra shifts when available — especially if you want more hours

Hours Locations

This role is mainly for our Tempe / ASU location, but we also have a Chandler location.

• Want more hours? Great.
• Have a car and can occasionally help at Chandler? Even better.
• Flexible and willing to jump in when shifts open up? That’s exactly who we’re looking for.

You’re Probably Someone Who...

• Has previous food, restaurant, or fast-casual experience
• Is outgoing and comfortable talking to guests
• Likes working with a fun, social, fast-moving team
• Takes pride in presentation — every plate matters
• Doesn’t mind getting your hands dirty
• Can handle a rush without losing your cool
• Wants to work, wants hours, and wants to be part of a solid crew

Huge Bonus Points If...

• You have prep experience
• You have a car
• You’re available for both ASU and occasional Chandler shifts
• You’ve worked in a kitchen, cafe, restaurant, or fast-casual spot before
• You’re looking to grow into more responsibility over time

• Someone who needs to be told to look busy
• “That’s not my job” energy
• People who don’t communicate
• People who don’t show up when they say they will
• Anyone who brings down the team vibe
