Who We’re Looking For
We’re hiring licensed attorneys who are:

$65,000 - $85,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Discuss potential claims with new clients
- Evaluate discrimination, sexual harassment, FMLA, overtime claims, and wrongful termination cases
- Handle the claims process
- Negotiate settlements
- Communicate daily with staff and managers to coordinate screenings and consultations
- Draft notice of claims, EEOC charges, state charge forms, and other documents as necessary
- Engage with EEOC investigators to present evidence
- Must have Juris Doctorate
- Must be currently licensed to practice law, awaiting Ohio bar results
- Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to demonstrate empathy
- Must possess the ability to multitask using advanced time management skills and demonstrate the ability to organize and prioritize work
