Job Title: Field Marketing Manager (Full-Time)

Location: Long Island & NY Metro Area - Manager would ideally be based in Long Island NY

Brand: Liquid Death

Timing : May 18 to Aug 30

Pay - $1,600 per week

Role Overview

The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing and scaling field marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, trial, and sales. This role is highly hands-on and requires strong leadership, organization, and relationship-building skills across retail, events, and brand ambassador teams.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute field marketing strategies across assigned markets

Lead in-store demos, samplings, tastings, and retail activations

Manage brand ambassadors and field teams

Build strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and local accounts

Manage event sponsorships, festivals, pop-ups, and grassroots marketing efforts

Ensure brand standards and messaging are consistently represented in-market

Track performance metrics (sampling numbers, sell-through, feedback, ROI)

Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support launches and promotions

Manage field marketing budgets and inventory

Qualifications

3 years of field marketing experience (CPG or beverage preferred)

Strong understanding of retail environments and experiential marketing

Proven experience managing teams or brand ambassadors

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work nights and weekends as required for events (manager will be required to be at all events)

Comfortable lifting and transporting product and event materials

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory

Clean driving record

Experience driving company vehicle (specifically larger cargo van)
