Spitball is seeking a freelance Process Facilitator with strong visual scribing skills to help guide collaborative sessions, workshops, and strategic meetings for our clients. This unique role blends facilitation expertise with real-time visual storytelling—turning conversations into dynamic visuals that unlock thinking, align teams, and spark action.

Responsibilities:
- Help plan and design collaborative sessions with a clear structure and purpose
- Facilitate group discussions, workshops, and collaborative meetings both virtually and in person
- Act as a neutral party while guiding groups through processes such as design thinking, strategy development, and team alignment
- Create live visual summaries of discussions – translating ideas into sketches, diagrams, maps, and metaphors in real time
- Use your visual magic to enhance understanding, uncover patterns, and support group decision-making
- Synthesize and deliver post-session visual assets that are polished and easy to share
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a facilitator in strategic, creative, or organizational settings
- Strong visual thinking and live scribing ability—analog mandatory and occasionally digital (e.g., iPad with Procreate or equivalent tools)
- Ability to listen deeply, distill key insights, and translate complex discussions into clear visuals and meeting notes
- Comfort in navigating ambiguity, group dynamics, and fast-paced collaboration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you bring authority, clarity, and calm to the room
- Willing to travel to client offices
