We are looking for a reliable and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to help with the high volume of calls that we get year-round. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with an extreme attention to detail and discretion. They will work alongside another Office Assistant, splitting up the tasks to answer client's incoming requests on the many platforms we receive them, guiding clients through our services/process, and getting them signed up in our system to receive an estimate for an upcoming service.
Responsibilities
- Perform receptionist duties including answering a high volume of calls throughout the day.
- Assisting clients by answering questions about our services and getting their requests submitted to our estimator.
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
- Assist the estimator in scheduling assessments when needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues.
Skills
- Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role.
- Knowledge of computer software.
- Working knowledge of office equipment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Gmail, and Google Spreadsheets.
- Ability to maintain professionalism under high-stress interactions with the occasional difficult clients.
