Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team! We have a small authentic Greek Restaurant located in Hammock Landing. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Restaurant closes at 9pm everyday so no late nights. 18 years or older. Previous Experience required.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of the meal.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or as a Server is required.
- Preferred experience with Toast POS system.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests positively.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with kitchen staff. We have an open Kitchen.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
