As a Machinist, You Will
- Set up and operate machines (lathes, mills, grinders, etc.)
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and work instructions
- Measure and inspect parts using precision measuring tools
- Make adjustments to ensure quality, accuracy and efficiency
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Follow safety, quality and production standards
- Collaborate with engineers and fellow machinists
- Machining experience preferred but flexible - we value aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
