We are currently looking for a Machine Operator (1st shift) to join our team in Danielson.
As a Machine Operator, you will spend your days operating and monitoring production equipment to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are key.
Our Machine Operator:
- Sets up, operates and monitors production machinery
- Performs routine quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Adjusts machine settings as needed to maintain efficiency and quality
- Inspects finished products and documents production results
- Troubleshoots minor machine issues and escalates when necessary
Our requirements for the role include:
- High School diploma (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated manufacturing experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
