The Village at Sprenkle Drive in York, PA is now hiring a Receptionist for occasional work hours. This position would require some weekends, 10a-6p, holidays and some Wednesdays from 4p-7p. Great opportunity for high school or college students!
Skill(s): Proficient interpersonal relations and communication skills; proficient keyboarding, word processing, and PC skills. Refer to separate analysis for physical requirements of the essential functions with or without accommodation.

General Responsibilities
Greets visitors in a pleasant and courteous manner; directs them to the proper person or area.
Answers telephone calls; directs caller to proper individual.
Answers general questions and provides general information; directs more specific questions to appropriate individual.
Types letters, reports, memos, and other correspondence as requested;
Opens and sorts incoming mail; assures delivery to proper individuals or departments; processes outgoing mail.
