The Village at Utz Terrace in Hanover seeks a Full Time Day Environmental Services Team Member Housekeeping! This position offers competitive pay and full-time benefits (health insurance, paid time off, holiday pay, etc.)
General Responsibilities:
- Tasks include mopping, buffing stripping and waxing floors, carpet care, general housekeeping and cleaning on various shifts, and trash removal.
- Ability to adapt procedures, processes, tools, equipment and techniques to accomplish the requirements of the position with minimal supervision.
- Ability to buff, polish and strip floors using heavy equipment in an orderly condition.
- Ability to handle hazardous waste in the proper manner. Knowledge of S.D.S. (Safety Data Sheets) regulations.
- Knowledge of cleaning agents, equipment, and methods of soil removal.
