As the PM Resort Attendant, you will start each shift by preparing guest accommodations-ensuring rooms are spotless, amenities are fully stocked, and first impressions are flawless. Before guests arrive, you will check lighting, adjust heating or air conditioning to perfection, and ensure every detail meets our high standards, from clean towels to welcoming treats. Throughout the evening, you will communicate with guests, guiding them through the check-in process, confirming their stay details, and making sure all required forms are completed. If guests need help to their lodging, you will assist them and make sure they feel welcomed and informed. You will be available to resolve concerns, manage reservations, answer phone calls, and handle retail sales with confidence, drawing on your familiarity with our stones, wands, and pendants.
