WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A NIGHT FRONT DESK ATTENDANT
- High school degree or equivalent
- Front office experience
- Ability to work the evening schedule (2:00 pm – 10:00 pm)
YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR NIGHT FRONT DESK ATTENDANT
The Night Front Desk Attendant works a regular full-time schedule from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm. This shift covers the crucial afternoon and evening hours, providing support for arriving and departing guests, as well as ongoing guest needs throughout the evening.
What You Will Do:
- Maintain communication with guests from booking acceptance until check-out
- Complete all check-in requirements, including collecting signed release forms, confirming length of stay, verifying pet details, clarifying unit bathroom arrangements, providing information about gate codes, and confirming check-in/check-out dates and times
- Prepare guest accommodations prior to arrival, ensuring appropriate lighting and temperature, checking for cleanliness and readiness, supplying towels, washcloths, water, coffee, and treats, and presenting a welcoming environment
- Greet guests upon arrival, note preferences, and either escort them to their lodging or provide clear directions
- Provide an overview of property features, including common and private areas
- Remain available to answer questions and address guest concerns throughout the shift
- Assist with retail sales by sharing knowledge of stones, wands, and pendants and processing payments
- Operate and demonstrate use of property equipment, such as HVAC systems, television and audio equipment, internet, door locks, and the entrance gate
- Direct guests to appropriate parking areas
- Address minor facility or safety issues, including insects or snakes, and know how to use a fire extinguisher if needed
- Replenish towels, bath items, and other amenities as required
