What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Dealer Network Development Manager to lead the growth and success of our dealer network. This role is responsible for identifying and onboarding new dealer partners, strengthening existing relationships, and driving market expansion across key territories. The ideal candidate excels in relationship management, sales strategy, and team leadership. This role requires strong analytical skills to assess market trends, evaluate dealer performance, and identify growth opportunities. We’re looking for someone confident in negotiating agreements, ensuring compliance with policies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support dealer success. This position will also travel to visit our customers and conduct on-site visits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development
- Demonstrated success in developing and growing client networks
- Background in wholesale distribution, consumer goods, or retail strongly preferred
- Experience in the consumer fireworks industry is a plus
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills to manage dealer partnerships effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proven sales and negotiation abilities
- Strong work ethic, punctual, reliable, and organized
- Experience in CRM platforms, reporting tools, and MS Office/Google Suite
- Confidently presents information, proposals, and updates for internal and external stakeholders
- Willingness to travel regularly to meet with dealers and conduct onsite visits
- A reliable source of transportation
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
