Summary: Provides and maintains employee uniforms by inventorying, organizing, issuing, and daily distributing uniforms.

Essential Job Functions
- Provides locker bag service by operating and programming conveyors and pulling and putting away bags as employees come on and go off shift.
- Ensures security of employee's personal belongings.
- Issues uniforms to new employees, returns and exchanges damaged or worn uniforms, and collects uniforms from terminated employees.
- Washes and dries Soft Count Uniforms and makes arrangements for uniforms requiring dry cleaning.
- Maintains employee uniform files, operates uniform database, and maintains the uniform area and inventory levels.
- Assists with month-end inventory.
- Assists in Retail Outlets and Coat Check
- Delivers Spirit Mountain's Spirit of Excellence (SOE)) by consistently modeling attitudes and behaviors in alignment with SMGI's Pride Values, Brand Promise, and Business Vision.
- Learns comprehends and complies with all Company and departmental policies and procedures, MICS, gaming regulations, and Title 31 Regulation requirements.
- Follows all Corporate and departmental safety policies and procedures.
- Principles and practices of providing customer service.
- Retail principles and documentation.
- Merchandising processes and procedures.
- Operating computer hardware and software applications.
- Performing retail cashier functions.
- Providing customer service to internal guests.
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with others.
- Communicating both orally and in writing, including but not limited to reading, understanding, and interpreting oral and writing communications.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, and one (1) year of customer service and one (1) year of computer work experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Low-security gaming license issued by the Grand Ronde Gaming Commission.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Due to the nature of the interactions with other employees and the public we serve, employees may be required to provide documentation of or receive, certain health vaccinations.
- Work is performed in a warehouse environment.
- Work is subject to frequent standing and walking, with occasional sitting, bending, reaching, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Work is subject to frequent use of hands to finger, handle, feel, and reach with hands and arms.
- Equipment utilized includes a personal computer, standard office equipment, electric motorized bag carousels, clothes washer and drying machine, scissors, iron, and telephone.
