Recovery Assistant
Position Overview:
Recovery Assistants are responsible for supervising clients in their daily activities and supporting their treatment plans.
Shifts Available:
- 2nd shift: (2pm-10pm)
- 3rd Shift: (10pm-6am)
Sign on Bonus:
- $500 total sign-on bonus
- $250 paid after 30 days
- $250 paid after 90 days
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport clients to meetings and appointments
- Conduct store runs as needed
- Assist with confiscation of prohibited items in accordance with facility policies
- Provide support to clients and actively listen regarding all areas of treatment
- Facilitate group sessions with clients as part of treatment programming
- Coordinate activities, including lectures, recreation, and group meetings
- Follow objectives outlined in individual treatment plans
- Maintain a safe, orderly, and therapeutic environment, including providing crisis intervention when necessary
- Evaluate clients’ behavioral and emotional needs
- Attend required trainings and maintain compliance with facility expectations
Qualifications
- Behavioral health or related experience preferred
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to facilitate groups and support clients in a treatment setting
- Able to respond to crisis situations calmly and professionally
- Must complete required trainings and follow facility policies
- Valid driver’s license may be required for transport duties
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
