Shifts Available:
- Day, evening, and overnight shifts are available.
Full-Time Opportunity | $3,000 Sign-On Bonus
We are seeking reliable and compassionate LPNs and RNs to provide high-quality care to individuals battling addiction. Our ideal candidates are professional, attentive, and dedicated to supporting patients through their recovery journey.
Sign-On Bonus Details:
- $750 after 30 days of employment
- $750 after 90 days of employment
- $750 after 180 days of employment
- $750 after 270 days of employment
Shift: 7am-7pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient care needs and initiate/implement nursing treatment plans
- Serve as a resource to the treatment team
- Conduct pre-admission screenings and coordinate admissions and transportation
- Complete admission assessments, level of care (LOC) evaluations, and document patient histories
- Obtain and process vitals, height/weight, and lab specimens (UDS, UA, etc.) using proper infection control practices
- Oversee safe medication administration, including controlled substances and accurate med counts
- Monitor medication effects and ensure proper ordering and administration
- Provide patient education based on assessments and treatment plans
- Monitor and support withdrawal assessments and nursing interventions
- Schedule medical-related appointments for patients
- Maintain quality control logs
- Complete required annual training and mentor new staff
- Perform all other assigned duties
Qualifications:
- Active LPN or RN license in good standing
- Previous experience in behavioral health, detox, or addiction treatment preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused approach to care
- Ability to respond appropriately to medical and behavioral health needs
- Must complete required trainings and maintain compliance with facility standards
