We are seeking a dedicated Porter to join our team. The Porter will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and appearance standards of the facility, providing excellent customer service, and supporting various operational tasks.
**Duties:**
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the facility is tidy and presentable
- Deliver vehicles to service customers
- Assist with moving vehicles within the premises
- Provide exceptional guest services by greeting customers and assisting with inquiries
- Support delivery drivers with loading and unloading as needed
- Maintain a neat and organized workspace
- Assist with valet parking services when required
**Requirements:**
- Prior experience in a customer service-oriented role is preferred
- Drivers license
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Familiarity with retail math concepts
- Experience in a dealership or hospitality setting is advantageous
