The Director of Operations will oversee the daily management and administrative functions of the retreat center in a full-time, on-site capacity based in Carefree, AZ. This role includes leading operational workflows, managing budgets, ensuring exceptional customer service, coordinating with vendors and staff, and maintaining the facility’s infrastructure and amenities. The Director of Operations will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategies that align with the retreat center’s mission of providing hospitality and fostering transformation.
- Proven expertise in Operations Management and Analytical Skills to oversee and optimize day-to-day activities and processes.
- Demonstrated Team Management abilities, including leadership, staff supervision, and collaborative decision-making.
- Experience with Budgeting and financial management to ensure efficient allocation of resources and cost control.
- Strong Customer Service skills to uphold positive guest experiences and foster a welcoming environment.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to balance multiple priorities.
- Flexibility to adapt and make decisions tailored to the center's unique mission and needs.
