a Spirit Hospice Nurse Case Manager balances expert-level compassion with a sense of vibrancy for life (yes, we laugh and cry here). You'll be the clinical anchor for patients and families, helping them feel supported, informed, and genuinely cared for every step of the way. Position Requirements:
- Current RN license in the State of Georgia
- Current CPR & First Aid Certification
- Reliable and legal transportation to and from patient's place of residence
- Hospice or home care experience is a plus, but kindness and reliability matter the most
