Compensation & Benefits
Per-Visit Pay
- $45 per completed visit ($35 base $10 mileage reimbursement)

- Based on caseload, availability, and prior experience

Key Responsibilities
- Provide therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises to improve mobility, strength, and balance
- Educate patients and caregivers on safe mobility and home exercise programs
- Document care and progress accurately in accordance with Medicare and agency standards
- Collaborate with PTs, nurses, and other clinicians to support individualized care plans
- Participate in team meetings and ensure compliance with safety and quality guidelines
Qualifications
- Active Ohio Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license (required)
- Home health experience preferred (SNF or outpatient experience also considered)
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
- Ability to manage patients independently while collaborating with the care team
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance
Schedule & Service Area
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible hours based on caseload
- Coverage Area: West Chester Township and surrounding communities
- Travel: Required between patient homes
