Role Description
This is an on-site, temporary role for a Seasonal District Sales Manager located in Algonquin, IL. The Seasonal District Sales Manager will oversee the daily operations and success of multiple Spirit Halloween stores within their assigned district. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and managing store teams, ensuring excellent customer service, meeting sales goals, and merchandising according to company standards. The role also involves monitoring store performance, managing inventory, and maintaining compliance with operational policies.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to recruit, train, and motivate diverse teams
- Solid understanding of sales, goal setting, and achieving revenue targets, with the ability to analyze and interpret sales metrics
- Experience in merchandising, inventory control, and ensuring stores meet visual and operational standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for creating a positive work environment and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, especially during the Halloween season
- Prior multi-unit or district management experience in retail is highly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus
