Role Description
This is an on-site, temporary role located in Reading, MA. The District Sales Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple store locations, ensuring outstanding customer engagement, team leadership, merchandise management, and achieving sales goals. Additional responsibilities include recruiting, training, and supporting store managers and associates to align with Spirit Halloween’s brand, operational standards, and seasonal targets.
