This role will support customer relationships and drive growth across the Florida West Coast, working closely with distributors, contractors, engineers, and manufacturer partners.

What You’ll Do
• Manage and grow an established Florida West Coast territory while identifying new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, engineers, and manufacturer partners
• Promote and support multiple product lines including pipe, valves, fittings, water heating solutions, and specialty products
• Deliver technical product knowledge and solutions to customers
• Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with company revenue goals
• Track and report sales activity, project pipelines, and key performance metrics
• Represent Spirit Group at trade shows, training events, and customer meetings
• Provide responsive follow-up and exceptional customer service rooted in a caring, solutions-first approach
• Identify and track project opportunities through customer engagement and industry tools
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including Inside Sales, Quotes, Operations, and Marketing, reinforcing a team-first mentality

Qualifications
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience in sales within plumbing, mechanical, industrial, or related industries preferred
• Ability to manage accounts and develop new business opportunities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
• Experience working with distributors and manufacturer reps is a strong plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Location & Travel
• Must reside within the Florida West Coast territory
• Travel required within the territory to support customers and grow relationships
• Occasional overnight travel required, including trips to manufacturer locations, customer events, and industry meetings
